Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

Bwindi is located in the South West of Uganda and the closest town is Kabale.
This is the home to more than ½ of the world's Mountain gorillas.

Gorilla tracking (the main attraction), guided forest walks, trails to waterfalls, bird watching and monkeys viewing are all available. The brown eyes of these composed giant mammals is the most exciting experience one get can from this African setting.

Bwindi has a lot of biodiversity with more to offer due to its good climate and altitude of 1,160m-2,607m, there are more than 90 mammals and more than 11 species of primates including the black and white Colubus monkeys. This forest also has the best species of birds with 23 highly localized Albertine Rift valley endemics.

It can be accessed from Kabale to the south, Queen Elizabeth National park in the North, from Kampala via Ntungamo, Rukungiri to Butogota to the Buhoma entrance; this will take 6-8 hrs drive with a lot to see on the way.
Bwindi impenetrable National park is one of world's greatest treasures of flora and fauna with a lush forest, with dramatic scenes.
